16 February 2010

Townends in Hounslow have been instructed by the Capital Group to market a new development of ten apartments at Sycamore Court, Vicarage Farm Road in Heston, due to launch on Saturday 20th February.

Arranged over three floors, this development offers modern living accommodation in a secured environment with remote controlled electric gates. Situated within under a mile from Hounslow West tube station and with prices starting from £129,950, these apartments are the perfect purchase for any first time buyer.

In addition, they are ideal for a young family due to the close proximity to local schools.

All apartments offer bespoke kitchens by Lemon Grass and have integrated Neff appliances including built in ceramic hob, oven and cooker hood, washer/dryer and fridge freezer. Most apartments also feature a dishwasher.

Throughout, apartments include neutral carpeting in the lounge and bedrooms whilst kitchens, bathrooms and en-suites have vinyl flooring. Internally, apartments also feature UPVC double glazed windows, doors with chrome fittings, under floor heating that is gas fired with zoned temperature controls and fully integrated TV/Sky/FM radio cabling to both lounge and bedrooms.

Externally, all apartments benefit from allocated parking and a communal garden and bin store. Ground floor apartments have the added luxury of a private garden or patio area.

The studio apartment is priced at £129,950 whilst prices start from £174,950 for a one bedroom and from £194,950 for a two bedroom apartment. To view or for further information please contact Townends in Hounslow on 0208 577 5678 or hounslow@townends.co.uk.

Transport links into Central London are excellent with Hounslow West tube station and Southall mainline station nearby. Also, the development is close to the M4 and A4 motorways and there is easy access to buses to Heathrow Airport.
